About The Position

We are looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to support the Bank’s Information Security Program, with additional responsibilities in vendor management and physical bank security. This role is primarily focused on information security program administration. This includes maintaining policies and records, tracking reviews and follow-up items, supporting audits and examinations, and helping ensure the Bank meets regulatory expectations. The role will also oversee vendor due diligence and monitoring, as well as branch security items such as keys, alarm codes, access controls, cameras, and related records. You do not need to be a cybersecurity expert, but you should be comfortable learning security-related requirements, maintaining organized documentation, working with vendors, and supporting audits and examinations.

Requirements

  • Related experience in banking, compliance, audit, risk, information security, vendor management, operations, or another role involving documentation, procedures, follow-up, and confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to write clear, organized reports, notes, and updates.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a bank, credit union, or regulated environment is strongly preferred.
  • Associate’s degree preferred, or 1-3 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain information security-related policies, procedures, reports, and records.
  • Help coordinate information security reviews, incident documentation, follow-up items, and audit or exam requests.
  • Support vendor management activities, including due diligence, monitoring, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Assist with physical bank security responsibilities, including keys, alarm codes, access controls, cameras, and related records.
  • Prepare updates and reports for management and the Board as needed.
