About The Position

MCSG Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Financial Systems Engineer with extensive expertise in Oracle Financial Applications and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and supporting complex Oracle financial solutions while leading large-scale information engineering initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise solutions. Location: Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, OKC, OK.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise with Oracle Financials R12, including configuration, support, and maintenance of financial modules.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, with experience developing complex queries, stored procedures, packages, and database objects.
• Experience developing, modifying, and maintaining Oracle Reports 6i for enterprise reporting requirements.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Financial Analyzer, including financial analysis, reporting, and decision support capabilities.
• Proficiency with Oracle Discoverer for ad hoc queries, business intelligence, and data reporting.
• Extensive knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles, design, and implementation; SOA certifications are highly desirable.
• 12 years’ experience in information systems development and systems analysis and design.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Candidate must successfully pass a National Agency Check (NAC)

Responsibilities

• Apply extensive knowledge of Oracle Financial Applications, Oracle Financial Application Workflow, and SOA principles to analyze and incorporate customer accounting business requirements into Oracle Financial systems
• Participate in and provide support for the design, build, and implementation of Delphi system changes
• Maintain all processes and functions currently performed by the financial systems
• Perform comprehensive system analysis, design, programming, and testing
• Prepare detailed system documentation and program specifications
• Lead and manage the implementation of information engineering projects from inception to completion
• Provide managerial oversight and leadership throughout the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver effective financial system solutions
• Deliver formal presentations to diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
