Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information assurance, or a related discipline and has at least 2 or more years of experience in an information technology role. Additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Must have experience hardening operating systems, applications, and other information technology components with DISA STIGs.
  • Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in information assurance, risk management frameworks, and or governance risk and compliance is preferred.
  • Knowledge of contract management and legal compliance principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the monitoring of cyber, compliance, and risk data streams
  • Triage program inquiries/requests and route to the appropriate team.
  • Ensure the request process for compliance packages and resources are followed and working.
  • Manage and maintain cybersecurity awareness training and compliance among employees.
  • Perform security audits and perform or coordinate penetration tests to identify security vulnerabilities.
  • Work with engineering teams to harden cloud infrastructure components.
