About The Position

Input Technology Solutions is seeking an Information Assurance Analyst for an awesome opportunity in Suffolk, VA! This role involves analyzing general information assurance-related technical problems, providing recommendations and technical support, assessing and supporting the implementation of solutions that meet network security requirements, and performing vulnerability/risk analyses of computer systems and applications throughout the system development life cycle. The analyst will also perform duties associated with the development and review of RMF packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least one-year relevant experience performing Navy IA or cybersecurity functions.
• Acceptable certifications for this position are at least one (1) of the following: CompTIA Security+ (SEC+CE), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CAP), EC-Council Network Security Administrator Certification (ENSA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) – Security Leadership Certification (GSLC), Certified Information system Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
• TS/SCI clearance required (a current SSBI within the five-year scope).

Responsibilities

• Analyzes general information assurance-related technical problems and provides recommendations and technical support in solving these problems.
• Assesses and supports implementation of solutions that meet network security requirements.
• Performs vulnerability/risk analyses of computer systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle.
• Perform duties associated with development and review of RMF packages.
