About The Position

Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is a technology consulting Services company based in Florida. We provide a wide array of experienced business and IT professionals supporting clients from solution design to implementation and support. We specialize in professional IT consulting services, IT Staffing, Business/IT Strategy, Business Process Blueprints, Enterprise Architecture, and Enterprise Transformation. This role involves selecting and managing a team of data modernization and informatics staff, leading their strategic planning and implementation, and managing data infrastructure to improve data integration, enhance interoperability, ensure effective data governance, and support reporting and visualization development. The goal is to ensure modernization efforts improve data timeliness, quality, coordination of data activities, reduce data burden, and integrate emerging/open-source technologies where possible. The Information Architect will also coordinate with agency experts to assess the data environment and identify improvements for developing effective data warehouse and integration strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in health or related data/systems management.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in public health, Health Informatics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience working with public health agencies (e.g., CDC, NIH, or State Departments of Health) on legacy data modernization.

Responsibilities
