About The Position

The Clinical Informatics Pharmacist (CIP) position requires detailed knowledge and understanding of the Medication Use Process (MUP) across the continuum in order to leverage current technology and identify need for additional/newer technology. This knowledge and understanding is gained by working various shifts in the pharmacy. The CIP oversees and manages the execution of information systems full-life cycle activities for pharmacy and medication-use projects and initiatives. The CIP provides resource expertise for planning and/or managing additional information technology projects that may impact pharmacy services. The CIP works in concert with TS personnel to ensure project and routine workflow timelines are met. Mosaic Life Care is a health care system in northwest Missouri. Requirements

Detailed knowledge and understanding of the Medication Use Process (MUP) across the continuum.
Ability to leverage current technology and identify need for additional/newer technology.
Experience gained by working various shifts in the pharmacy.
