About The Position

Sid Lee is a multidisciplinary creative collective striving to make a difference and celebrating culture with bold ideas. Over 300 artisans work as one team from offices in Montreal, Toronto, New York, Paris, London, and San Francisco. Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in design.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Agency experience is an asset.
• Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Figma, motion, and 3D is an asset.
• Excellent design skills with the ability to produce quality work quickly.
• Able to propose solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Fluency in spoken and written French is required. Good understanding of English, both spoken and written, is also required to work with national and international clients and colleagues.
• Good knowledge of the local market.

Nice To Haves

• Figma, motion/After Effects are assets
• Agency experience is an asset
• Knowledge of Figma, motion, and 3D is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Design client presentations to ensure maximum clarity and visual impact.
• Produce mock-ups in line with an art director/designer’s style to ensure visual consistency.
• Understand the bigger picture, keeping every deliverable aligned with creative goals.
• Follow up on project execution and production, maintaining quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team, account services, and clients.
• Proactively contribute to the evolution of Sid Lee’s creative product and process.
