As a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, you will play an essential role in the daily production of creative content intended for social media, digital advertising campaigns, and our clients' various touchpoints. You will collaborate with our content creators, graphic designers, media specialists, social media managers, and account managers to translate creative concepts into a wide variety of visual and video formats. You will contribute to producing high-performing content, adapted to each platform, while progressively developing your expertise within a team recognized for its performance and collaborative spirit.

Requirements

  • A portfolio that demonstrates your potential
  • Good knowledge of the Adobe suite.
  • Good understanding of composition, typography, colors, visual hierarchy, and performance-oriented design principles.
  • You like learning, experimenting, and integrating new working methods, particularly through generative artificial intelligence tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and evolve in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant education/training in graphic design, computer graphics, multimedia production, video editing, visual communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and French, written and spoken, to communicate effectively with our bilingual clientele as well as members of the international/national team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, or other visual creation tools like Canva and CapCut is an asset.
  • A first experience (internship, student job, personal projects, or freelance) is an asset, but not essential.
  • Experience in video editing and animation.
  • Interest in photography or content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital advertising trends.
  • Curiosity toward new creative tools and artificial intelligence technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt existing concepts into a multitude of formats (stories, reels, carousels, banners, short videos, static visuals, etc.) in order to meet the needs of organic and advertising campaigns.
  • Edit short videos intended for social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others) from content captured by our teams or provided by our clients.
  • Create visuals intended for social media, advertising campaigns, Display, newsletters, and our clients' various digital needs.
  • Use creation tools assisted by artificial intelligence to accelerate certain production steps, explore new visual approaches, and optimize creative variations, all while maintaining Bloom's quality standards.
  • Depending on your interests and team needs, occasionally participate in photo or video shoots, in-studio or at client locations, and contribute to project preparation.
  • Continuously monitor creative trends, advertising and social media best practices, new platform formats, and emerging tools to fuel the team's work.
