About The Position

La Posada at Pusch Ridge, a brand-new, sophisticated, and elegant senior living community in Oro Valley, AZ, is seeking a full-time Info Systems Tech Level 1 to join our team. As a critical member of this innovative community, you will play an integral role in ensuring smooth IT operations that directly support the success of our residents and staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum: High School Diploma
  • Basic computer and networking skills (installation, troubleshooting)
  • 1 year of computer technician experience
  • Ability to self-research and become proficient with new systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, printers and peripherals.
  • Knowledge of network hardware.
  • Ability to accurately type 25 WPM
  • Knowledge of desktop and mobile operating systems.
  • Ability to complete tasks and solve problems independently as well as in teams.
  • Must be able to climb ladders
  • Must be able to distinguish colors
  • Must be able to see small and very small objects in detail
  • Must be able to operate power and hand tools and test equipment
  • Must possess fine motor skills to be able to touch, feel and manipulate small objects and wires

  • Some college or technical training

Responsibilities

  • Provide installation, support, and maintenance of PC, Mac, Android, and iOS devices and peripherals.
  • Configure and troubleshoot basic networking and wireless configurations.
  • Install and troubleshoot consumer A/V equipment, smart home devices, and streaming devices.
  • Meet reasonable timeframes for problem resolution.
  • Document tickets and updates in the incident management system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
