About The Position

This role coordinates the proper use and distribution of scanners and maintains equipment, while also running reports. The Info Agent is responsible for reporting errors in scanned data and ensuring corrections are made, as well as ensuring that information updates and scan methods are properly administered. This position also performs other duties as assigned. This is a Non-Covered Safety Sensitive Position, requiring the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Requirements

• Six (6) Months FedEx Package Handling Experience.
• Ability To Successfully Complete All Basic And Re currency Training.
• Ability To Complete All Required Paperwork In A Legible And Accurate Manner.
• Ability to Lift 50 Lbs.
• Ability to Maneuver Packages of Any Weight Above 50 Lbs. With Appropriate Equipment and/or Assistance From Another Person.
• Good Human Relations And Communication Skills.
• Use MS Office.
• Communicate effectively with upper management and engineering.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
