About The Position

Kalshi is seeking a dedicated Influencer Operations specialist focused on sourcing and activating creators at scale. This is a demanding role requiring significant time spent identifying creators on social media, initiating contact, negotiating, and finalizing partnerships. The primary goal is to efficiently convert outreach into live campaigns, establishing a repeatable growth engine. Success hinges on speed, persistence, talent identification, and deal-closing abilities. The ideal candidate thrives in outbound efforts, handles rejection well, and excels at transforming conversations into successful partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media-oriented influencer marketing, creator partnerships, sales, or outbound growth roles
  • Proven track record of sourcing, pitching, and closing partnerships through direct outreach
  • Strong knowledge of social media landscape
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach - you enjoy finding optimizations in outbound
  • Strong persistence and follow-through - you don’t drop conversations and know how to close
  • Clear, confident communicator who can sell and represent the brand effectively
  • Highly organized and able to manage many conversations and deals at once
  • Bias toward action - you move fast and figure things out as you go
  • Strong judgment for creators aligned with our brand

Responsibilities

  • Own creator sourcing and outreach across Instagram and TikTok
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of creators through cold outreach, inbound, and network sourcing
  • Pitch Kalshi to creators in a compelling, fast, and highly personalized way
  • Follow up relentlessly and move creators from first touch to signed partnership
  • Negotiate hard and close deals, including deliverables, timelines, and compensation
  • Activate dozens of creators quickly, minimizing time from first contact to live campaign
  • Build lightweight systems to track and optimize outreach, conversions, and creator performance
  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns go live smoothly
