As the Influencer Marketing Strategist you will: Strategic Direction & Programming: Execute influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand's goals, target audience, and overall marketing objectives. Create detailed plans for campaign execution, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs. Client Management & Leadership: Lead day-to-day client relationships ensuring alignment of account team recommendations with client objectives and fostering trust with main POC client leads, while partnering with internal teams to address escalations and facilitate timely issue resolution. Client Onboarding & Transitions: Support client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions, ensuring seamless experiences and maximizing account potential through the introduction of new ideas, strategies, and growth opportunities. Ensure we are accurately and efficiently delivering on program requirements to provide best-in-class guidance for clients where needed. Campaign Execution and Management: Lead the creation and management of influencer marketing campaigns, from influencer identification and selection to campaign execution and performance analysis. Analytics and Performance Measurement: Utilize analytics to track campaign performance, evaluate success against key metrics, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement. Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaign impact and achieve financial objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other marketing teams, sales, product development, and external partners to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to influencer marketing. Trend Analysis and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in influencer marketing and social media, recommending innovative approaches to maintain and enhance the brand's competitive edge.
