About The Position

Exciting opportunity to join our talented and dynamic central marketing team! The Influencer Marketing Specialist supports the planning and execution of influencer initiatives across ITW Welding’s portfolio of brands. This role focuses on coordinating day-to-day activities with influencers and agency partners, managing deliverables, and ensuring that content is aligned to brand standards and campaign needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive in communication, and excited to bring influencer partnerships to life through flawless execution. This is not a remote position. Onsite work location is Appleton, WI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or marketing coordination.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer tools, or basic analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Creative Agency and Brand Manager in identifying and vetting potential influencers for campaigns and product launches.
  • Manage day-to-day communication including outreach, scheduling, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date influencer database to ensure accurate tracking of relationships and contacts.
  • Coordinate review cycles between influencers, Creative Services, agencies, and brand teams.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and messaging requirements before final approval.
  • Track asset delivery, usage rights, deadlines, and required posts.
  • Upload and organize influencer assets for internal teams, social media channels, and DAM platforms.
  • Assist in developing campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverable checklists.
  • Ensure influencers receive necessary products, talking points, and content requirements on time.
  • Work with agencies to gather performance metrics, maintain tracking sheets, and help build monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Identify trends in performance, cost, and engagement to support optimization.
  • Coordinate contracts, disclosures, and invoices with Legal and Accounting.
  • Keep internal teams updated on campaign status and follow established processes to ensure consistent execution across divisions.
