About The Position
Nutrabolt is a global active health and wellness company with brands like C4 Energy, XTEND, and Cellucor. We are seeking a detail-obsessed Influencer Marketing Operations Coordinator for C4 Energy to manage the operational aspects of the Team C4 paid creator program. This role will be responsible for creating briefs, tracking content compliance, monitoring live links and deliverables, and generating reports to ensure program accountability. The position is located in the Austin, TX area and is scheduled through the end of 2026.
Requirements
- 1-2 years in influencer/creator operations, marketing operations, or program coordination, ideally in CPG, energy drinks/beverage, or sports nutrition.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; comfortable owning process across 100+ active creator contracts at once.
- Working knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements, and comfort operating in a regulated category where product claims are scrutinized.
- Experience with GRIN, CreatorCore, Tribe, or comparable influencer CRM and reporting platforms.
- Strong spreadsheet skills and the ability to turn raw tracking data into a clean, accurate report.
- Clear, professional written communication for both creator-facing and internal-facing correspondence.
- Candidates must be located in the Austin, TX area.
Responsibilities
- Run the content approval workflow across all paid creator tiers, including routing drafts, managing revisions, and flagging claims or compliance risks.
- Maintain follow-up with creators on contract signatures, post due dates, and missing live links, escalating at-risk deliverables.
- Capture and QA live links at post, and own posts-live tracking against contracted deliverables for the creator roster.
- Administer the influencer CRM and ambassador platform (GRIN) and reporting tools (CreatorCore, Tribe), ensuring accurate data logging and campaign measurement.
- Collect and file AD IDs for paid creators and confirm usage rights against contract terms.
- Build and maintain monthly and campaign-level performance reporting and dashboards for the Talent & Influence team.
- Support budget tracking and invoice/payment processing for the creator program, flagging discrepancies against contracted rates.
