This is a paid study focused on understanding the methods and tools used by marketing professionals to find creators for brand partnerships. The goal is to map the entire workflow of influencer discovery, from the initial search to the final selection. Participants will engage in a remote interview to discuss their experience with sourcing new influencers for recent campaigns, evaluating creator metrics, audience alignment, and overall brand fit, as well as identifying bottlenecks in the selection process. The insights gathered will help in understanding real-world challenges in building campaign rosters.
