SKIMS is looking for an Influencer Manager to support in the growth of our SKIMS influencer community in a meaningful way. The ideal candidate has experience working with micro to macro influencers, content creators and VIPs and is confident negotiating contracts for paid and earned partnerships, to strategically drive engagement, awareness and conversion. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment. Requirements

5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, either at a brand or agency.
Experience in the beauty, fashion, or a similar industry/category.
Extensive network of social media talent and creators to leverage for the brand.
Strong knowledge of emerging talent, trends, and social platforms to keep the brand relevant, relatable, and aspirational.
Experience with TikTok Shop and working directly with TikTok Shop creators.
Proven track record of negotiating contracts and deals with influencers ranging from micro-influencers to VIP talent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaborative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop breakthrough, brand-building ideas.
Ability to adapt quickly and stay agile in a rapidly evolving social media and influencer landscape.
Active engagement and strong understanding of online and social media platforms.
Highly organized with excellent time management, execution, and prioritization skills.
Flexible and open to adopting new ways of working and evolving strategies.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Experience in community management or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

Promote and support the brand vision and goals through messaging across the influencer community, building and developing meaningful relationships.
Brainstorm new strategies and execute influencer plans for TikTok Shop to increase brand presence on the platform.
Help implement a global, cross-platform influencer marketing strategy through organic and sponsored content.
Retain the current influencer base and develop new relationships into long-term brand advocates.
Source, evaluate, and develop strong partnerships with passionate customers, content creators, and influential individuals.
Identify and recruit talent that aligns with the brand’s pillars, values, and goals.
Manage content distribution across paid media and collaborate with paid media and social teams to create a holistic marketing strategy.
Innovate and enhance influencer marketing strategies by staying current with the latest trends and storytelling opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting to process influencer and partner payments.
Track and analyze influencer outreach, content performance, and conversion rates to estimate ROI and recommend effective strategies.
Conduct competitive analysis and industry research while continuously evaluating best practices and KPIs.
Manage and lead within the department and across teams to drive growth and achieve broader organizational goals.
Draft partner agreements and manage contract redlines.
