Influencer Marketing Lead

LinktreeSydney, CA
$160,000 - $180,000Hybrid

About The Position

Linktree is seeking an Influencer Marketing Lead to build and manage a scaled, always-on creator content program. This role involves sourcing, briefing, and managing a high volume of creators, and developing the mechanics for seeding, whitelisting, and affiliate programs to drive growth. It's a senior, strategic position responsible for the creator contracting and compensation budget, and will collaborate closely with the growth marketing team for paid distribution of proven content. The ideal candidate will focus on building systems for high-volume creator relationships rather than managing individual campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience running scaled influencer, creator, or UGC programs: always-on and high-volume, not a handful of one-off campaigns.
  • Comfort owning and defending a real budget across many smaller creator relationships rather than a few large ones.
  • Experience partnering with a paid or growth marketing team on amplification, without needing to own the media-buying function yourself.
  • Systems thinking: the ability to build repeatable sourcing, briefing, and measurement processes that work across many creators and verticals at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Based in the US (West Coast) or Australia, with the flexibility to coordinate closely with US-based marketing leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience scaling a UGC or influencer program across multiple verticals or markets.
  • Experience with seeding, whitelisting, or affiliate programs run at real volume.
  • Experience partnering closely with a paid or growth marketing team on amplification workflows.
  • Experience operating in fast-moving, early-stage, or 0-to-1 environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run a scaled, always-on creator content program across multiple verticals: sourcing, briefing, and managing a high-volume roster of creators.
  • Own and deploy the budget for contracting and compensating creators, including seeding, whitelisting, affiliate, and related creator economics.
  • Partner closely with the growth marketing team on paid amplification, establishing a fast process to get proven content in front of more people.
  • Build a repeatable playbook for sourcing, briefing, contracting, and measuring creator content to enable scaling into new verticals.
  • Work with the growth partnerships team to scale successful larger deals across a broader range of creators.
  • Leverage existing creator and community relationships within the organization when appropriate, while developing an independent sourcing engine for the program.
  • Report on program performance regularly and make data-driven decisions on scaling, adjusting, or cutting initiatives.

Benefits

  • Annual wellbeing allowance for fitness memberships, development courses, childcare, travel, charitable donations, pet insurance, home office set-up, etc.
  • 100% coverage (and 80% for dependents) of monthly premiums for medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance for US-based employees.
  • Employer contribution towards retirement.
  • Generous time off for vacation, holidays, parental leave, volunteer time, and other categories.
  • Employee stock option program.
