About The Position

We Are Social is looking for an Influencer Director to help grow and implement influencer relationships and brand partnerships. The qualified candidate will bring creative thinking, strategic support overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple campaigns while optimizing operational profitability. Your goal is to champion "out-of-the-box" talent integrations that elevate brand partnerships while mentoring the next generation of agency leaders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in a creative agency working in social, with experience managing influencer relations
  • Articulate and present confidently to both clients and internal teams
  • A curiosity for the brightest and best in social, and translating this into brilliant creative and editorial executions
  • Someone obsessed with the internet and how online culture shapes the world around us
  • Natural curiosity and understanding of consumer behaviors and mindset in social
  • A strategic and analytical mindset to solve complex problems and develop data-driven campaigns

Nice To Haves

  • Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of talent and influencer marketing campaigns
  • Lead and motivate the team, by providing clear direction, and facilitating effective communication within the team
  • Liaising with internal teams to create and coordinate ‘big picture’ marketing strategies that work across different channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, talent agencies and management companies
  • Provide constructive feedback on both internal and external content, fostering open communication, and collaborating on revisions
  • Possess out-of-the-box thinking to bring new ideas and ways of incorporating talent into brand campaigns and programming
  • Contribute to the development of staff plans to ensure resource optimization and profitability
  • Strategically use AI platforms to automate workstreams, refine talent searches, and analyze data
