About The Position

Services SFT is looking for nurses and clinical nurses to fill a mandate in the Forestville emergency department. We offer a stimulating, human-centered work environment focused on the quality of local care.

Requirements

• College Diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des Infirmières et Infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
• Valid CPR certification.
• Previous experience in the targeted department.
• Triage training.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Organizational skills, professionalism, and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patients' medical and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure effective communication with families regarding patients' health status and needs.
• Participate in case management to ensure continuity of care.
• Train and supervise auxiliary staff, if applicable.
