We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Educator, Registered, member of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) to join our team. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in nursing and active membership in the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, time-management and priority-setting.
Mastery of digital platforms (laptop, tablet, smartphone, e-mail, databases, office software).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
A car and a valid driver's license are required.
Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills.
Empathy, autonomy, and a client-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Patient Support Programs is an asset
Experience in allergy or immunology is an asset

Responsibilities

Undergo training by the pharmaceutical company prior to working in clinics with physicians.
Coordinate the education sessions with physicians and their team.
Educate patients on the prescribed treatment
Perform treatment initiation and observation.
Provide educational material to patients
Complete patient file notes.
Report all and any possible AE/PCs reported by patients during initiation clinics.
Keep track of and report travelling expenses to manager
Other administrative tasks in parallel to the service
