Infirmière Praticienne Spécialisée (IPS) - Télétravail

PhoenixMontreal, QC
CA$75 - CA$75Remote

About The Position

Phoenix is building the most trusted telehealth platform in Canada, making specialist healthcare accessible to every Canadian, wherever they are. Our platform breaks down barriers to care, empowering patients to take control of their health with personalized treatment options and the guidance of licensed providers. We are a telehealth company that connects patients with licensed healthcare professionals through a secure, asynchronous online platform. We are looking for an IPS-licensed individual to evaluate patient requests, determine treatment eligibility, and write prescriptions when clinically indicated, without any real-time video or phone encounters. Patients complete a guided medical questionnaire covering their history. You review each record, typically in under five minutes, and then determine the next steps: approve treatment, request additional information, or decline. All patient communication is through the secure messaging integrated into the platform. Health issues currently treated include Weight Management, Sexual Health (Erectile Dysfunction, Premature Ejaculation), Hair Loss, and Hormone Therapy (Testosterone).

  • Comfortable working within a digital care platform
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, fast-paced environment
  • Responsiveness and empathy in patient interactions
  • Interest in collaborating with non-clinical teams
