Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, smartphones, and digital communication tools.
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required—we'll train motivated individuals with the right attitude.
- Luxury retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
