About The Position
The Infectious Diseases physician will provide consults and follow-ups for diagnoses including sepsis, Vent associated pneumonia, complicated UTIs, PJIs, osteomyelitis, HIV, HIV PrEP, and wound infections. The role involves in-patient hospital rounds and consults at Antelope Valley Medical Center, and out-patient clinic work at KP MOB- 615 West Ave L. In-patient consults/follow-ups at Palmdale Regional Medical Center are very rare. Responsibilities
- Provide consults and follow-ups for diagnoses including sepsis, Vent associated pneumonia, complicated UTIs, PJIs, osteomyelitis, HIV, HIV PrEP, and wound infections.
- Conduct in-patient hospital rounds and consults.
- Perform out-patient clinic work.
