About The Position

Fox Subacute at Mechanicsburg is a 55-bed facility specializing in providing quality care for clinically complex respiratory residents in a home-like atmosphere. We are currently looking for a motivated RN with a passion for detail, organization, and education. This is an exciting opportunity to join the rapidly growing field of Infection Prevention. Our Infection Preventionist must be knowledgeable in the identification of infectious disease processes and how to prevent and control the transmission of infectious agents. The RN will function as an educator and resource for staff, residents, and families. Fox will assist in obtaining Infection Prevention Certification. The candidate will also take on-call a maximum of once every 4 weeks. This is a 32-hour per week position.

Requirements

• Current PA RN License
• Up-to-date CPR certification
• Knowledgeable in the identification of infectious disease processes
• Knowledgeable in how to prevent and control the transmission of infectious agents
• Passion for detail, organization, and education
