This role involves assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to prevent, reduce, and eliminate hospital-associated infections, as well as coordinating hospital-wide infection prevention and control programs. It also includes assisting in the planning and coordination of the hospital-wide Employee Health program. The position ensures compliance with CDC guidelines, CMS, OSHA regulations, Joint Commission Standards, and CALOSHA regulations, addressing the needs of all healthcare workers and volunteers.
