About The Position
Infection Prevention individual will provide an effective hospital wide program for the surveillance, prevention and control of infection. Assumes the role of leader in planning, directing and managing the Infection Control program to ensure quality service on a 24-hour basis.
Requirements
- Associates Degree
- Florida Registered Nurse License or Baccalaureate degree in public health, epidemiology, clinical laboratory science, medical technology, or related field
- Training in computer operation with ability to abstract from clinical data and provide analysis reports
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Hospital Nursing, OR preferred, 3-5 years
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor Degree
- CIC preferred
