The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a(n) Infection Prevention Specialist, Vascular, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. We seek an experienced sales rep to manage a sales territory focused on customer support, growth and strong relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of selling, territory management and portfolio growth.

Requirements

  • This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program.
  • As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off.
  • Ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle history will be conducted.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher and two (2) years of sales, clinical or related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of sales, clinical or related experience
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

  • Industry affiliations (e.g., INS, APIC)

Responsibilities

  • Account and territory management to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets / quotas
  • Use data and analytics to inform business planning
  • Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints
  • Leverage hospital network & various contacts to identify expansion and conversion opportunities
  • Persuade key stakeholders at account to advocate for proposed solutions and products
  • Relationship management with key clinical and economic stakeholders
  • Increase mix of NPIs
  • Collaborate with channel/distribution/kitting partners to manage relationships and align on mutually beneficial tactics/programs
  • Offer new and ongoing in-service, education, technical support and troubleshoot product-related issues as needed
  • Leverage publications and industry guidelines to influence product adoption and standardization
  • Drive contract compliance and standardization opportunities
  • Demonstrate proficiency upon successful completion of sales training program
  • Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of products
  • Complete essential business planning requirements and maintain sales call data utilizing Salesforce.com
  • Support conferences, trade shows, and symposiums
  • Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
