About The Position
Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Infection Prevention & Staff Development Nurse to join their care team. This role is for a nurse committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive and team-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a nurse who thrives in a leadership role and enjoys being part of a supportive, forward-thinking team. This position will work closely with the Director of Nursing as a partner in shaping culture, supporting clinical excellence, and ensuring top-tier infection prevention standards across the building.
Requirements
- A licensed LVN or RN in Washington
- A natural leader with great communication skills
- Passion for infection prevention, staff education, and quality outcomes
