About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic Infant / Toddler Caregiver to join our Child Care team. This part-time position offers a consistent schedule, a full range of benefits, including paid time off (PTO), health insurance, and other valuable employee benefits. Eligible employees who waive the health insurance benefit can earn an additional $1.50/hour. Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood OR 2,500+ hrs child care experience
• Experience with infants and/or toddlers in a daycare setting
• Strong communication and people skills
• Patient, organized, and multitasking ability
• Friendly, reliable, and child-focused

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for infants/toddlers
• Assist with meals, activities, and diapering/toileting
• Plan and lead daily lessons and play
• Communicate with parents at drop-off/pick-up
• Keep classroom clean and follow safety guidelines
• Coordinate with staff and follow DPW regulations
