About The Position

Spring Education Group is a multi-brand education network of superior private school institutions spanning infant care through high school, currently composed of approximately 220 schools. Chesterbrook Academy, a part of this network, is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Teacher to join their team. The infant program aims to provide a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones while feeling secure and supported. This role offers the opportunity to create a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience tailored to each child's individual needs, build strong relationships with families through daily communication, and foster curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills in a stimulating environment. Teachers will also collaborate with their team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold the school's commitment to excellence.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
Authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
