About The Position
The Learning Experience - Dedham is seeking a caring and dedicated Infant Teacher to join their team of early childhood professionals. Educators create joyful, engaging classrooms that nurture curiosity and growth from the very start. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and providing infants with a loving and stimulating environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of professional childcare experience (1 year preferred).
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the infant classroom to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to support each child’s social, emotional, and physical development.
- Communicate daily with parents about routines, milestones, and achievements.
- Collaborate with co-teachers to create consistent, caring routines.
- Partner with the Center Director and staff to maintain quality standards and achieve center goals.
- Adhere to all Massachusetts ECE licensing and safety requirements.
