About The Position

The Learning Experience – Littleton is seeking a nurturing and experienced Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our Infant Teachers create warm, responsive classroom environments where babies feel safe, secure, and encouraged to explore. You’ll combine attentive care with meaningful early learning experiences that support each child’s individual development.

Requirements

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required
• Ability to meet all applicable Massachusetts EEC requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous professional infant, daycare, or early childhood experience preferred
• Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving
• Patient, nurturing, dependable, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging Infant classroom
• Implement age-appropriate sensory, movement, language, and early learning experiences
• Support individualized feeding, diapering, sleep, and care routines
• Encourage physical, cognitive, language, and social-emotional development
• Observe developmental progress and maintain required classroom documentation
• Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and center leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom
• Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing, health, and safety requirements
