About The Position

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division operates nearly 150 schools, providing services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, along with summer camp and after-school options. Chesterbrook Academy Preschool, part of this group, is actively seeking an energetic and nurturing Infant Teacher Assistant for a Part-Time Closer shift (12 PM - 6 PM). This role is crucial for their early childhood education team, specifically within their toddler program, which aims to foster curiosity, build confidence, and support children's development through discovery and play. The Infant Teacher Assistant will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging classroom environment where infants can explore, build independence, and develop essential early learning skills.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
A High School diploma or GED
Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps infants feel secure and confident.
Build positive partnerships with families through open, ongoing communication.
