ACCESS is looking for an experienced Infant Teacher Assistant to help care for and support our youngest learners. If you have experience working with infants and enjoy creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive, we'd love to meet you. At ACCESS, you'll do more than care for infants. You'll help build the foundation for future learning, communication, and independence. ACCESS operates Early Childhood classrooms where children with developmental delays and typically developing children learn and grow together. Our classrooms are supported not only by teachers, but also by speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists who work alongside children and staff every day. You'll work alongside the lead teacher to provide attentive care, support daily routines, and help create an engaging environment where infants feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore. The children in your classroom will know your voice, recognize your smile, and depend on you throughout their day. You'll celebrate milestones, comfort them when they need reassurance, and help lay the foundation for future learning and growth. Successful candidates enjoy creating predictable routines, responding to children's individual needs, and building strong relationships with families.
