About The Position

We are seeking a warm, playful, and developmentally minded Infant Stimulation Development Specialist to provide early developmental intervention to infants ages 3–16 months. This role supports early communication, social engagement, sensory exploration, motor development, and caregiver–infant connection through relationship-based, naturalistic learning. As an Infant Stimulation Development Specialist, you will provide 1:1 infant stimulation sessions using Denver Model / ESDM-informed principles (warm affect, shared engagement, joint routines, naturalistic teaching). You will follow the infant’s lead and embed learning into daily routines and play, coach caregivers using strengths-based, routines-based strategies, collect simple developmental data and engagement indicators, and implement individualized goals under BCBA/Clinical Supervisor guidance. You will also maintain a culturally responsive, family-centered environment. At Nurture & Nature ABA, the Early Sparks Infant Stimulation Program provides relationship-based early developmental support rooted in developmental science and naturalistic intervention principles.
