About The Position

Our leadership team is hands-on and present, our classrooms are well-resourced, and our beautiful, state-of-the-art facility creates a calm, engaging space for both children and staff. We offer competitive pay based on experience, generous paid time off, including both personal PTO and school-wide holiday closures (paid week between Christmas and New Years!). We do not require working nights or weekends. We are located in a clean, modern facility in a convenient, desirable location (across from Providence Town Center). We foster a positive, collaborative culture where you’re supported every day (and have fun!). At Goddard, you’ll be part of a school that offers a premium early childhood experience—where children thrive and teachers feel respected, appreciated, and inspired.
