Requirements

• Previous experience in childcare, infant care, or early childhood education preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; ECE coursework or credentials a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Ability to pass a required background check
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable with a genuine love for working with infants
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of infant care, including lifting and bending

Nice To Haves

• ECE coursework or credentials

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, hands-on care for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom environment
• Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and soothing
• Engage infants in age-appropriate sensory play and early learning activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe infant room in accordance with childcare regulations
• Communicate daily updates and milestones with parents and guardians
• Collaborate with lead teachers and staff to support each child's individual developmental needs
• Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines for infant care
