About The Position

At Bright Life Playschool, we believe young children are competent, capable, cooperative, and caring individuals who learn best through meaningful relationships and play. Our eco-healthy, play-based program places social-emotional learning at the heart of everything we do. With small class sizes, our teaching teams are able to build strong connections with each child while creating learning environments that reflect the interests, strengths, and values of the children they serve. We are committed to supporting our teachers just as intentionally as we support our children. We offer flexible scheduling based on the needs of our staff and school, opportunities to be creative and collaborate with fellow educators, and a workplace that values teamwork, wellness, and professional growth. We recognize that working with young children is meaningful, heart-centered work, and we encourage a healthy work-life balance.
