Requirements

  • Calm, patient, and deeply nurturing demeanor
  • Ability to stay organized in unpredictable situations
  • Strong value for teamwork and communication
  • Belief in the importance of encouragement for both coworkers and children
  • Ability to laugh and have fun while performing duties effectively
  • Minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
  • CPR & First Aid Certified (training provided if needed)
  • Bloodborne Pathogen Training completed before starting (training provided if needed)
  • Love for teaching and a strong commitment to the role
  • Ability to plan, organize, and implement program activities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s in Early Childhood preferred

  • Provide snuggles, smiles, and assist with outfit changes for infants
