Requirements

• Ability to laugh and have fun while getting the job done well
• Minimum of a CDA
• CPR & First Aid Certified (training provided if needed)
• Bloodborne Pathogen Training before starting (training provided if needed)
• Love for teaching and strong commitment
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement program activities
• Strong communication skills
• Team player mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide snuggles and smiles, and manage occasional outfit changes for infants
• Create a nurturing, safe, and loving environment for infants
• Track feedings, naps, and developmental milestones
