As a part-time Infant Educator/Service Coordinator (15-25 hours per week), you will function as a member of the transdisciplinary team in the RAISE Early Intervention Program, supporting families with infants and toddlers who have developmental delays, disabilities, or are at high risk for delay. You will complete intakes, which include developmental screenings, and serve as a member of the team that determines eligibility for Part C services. You will work closely with families, service coordinators, and other early intervention providers as outlined in the child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) to ensure services align with the family's concerns, priorities, and available resources. You will work independently while demonstrating initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, while maintaining client confidentiality in compliance with RACS policies, FERPA, and HIPAA. RACS will provide training, supervision, and education opportunities specific to the position.
