Requirements
- 2+ years of professional infant care experience
- Current CPR and Infant First Aid certification
- Physical capability to carry a stroller up and down stairs safely
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of professional experience with infants in the 8–9 month age range
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle access for activities
- Mandarin language proficiency
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, one-on-one care for 1 infant, adhering closely to the daily routine
- Handle bottle feedings (breast milk) and assist with the upcoming transition to solid foods
- Strictly implement safe sleep practices (independent crib sleeping with zero co-sleeping, pillows, blankets, or stuffed animals)
- Lead screen-free engagement, including reading, talking, floor play, and walks to local parks or the library
- Safely navigate carrying the stroller up and down the condo stairs for local outings
Benefits
- Compensation: $27.00 – $32.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)
