About The Position

Discovery Kidzone is seeking compassionate, energetic, and dependable Infant Caregivers / Early Childhood Educators to join their growing team. Requirements

Experience working with infants or toddlers preferred
Ability to pass FBI, DOJ, and Child Abuse background checks
Reliable, nurturing, and patient personality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for Early Childhood Education and child development
Creative, energetic, and eager to learn and grow

Nice To Haves

Leadership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Create a safe, loving, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers
Support children’s emotional, physical, and developmental growth
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum
Encourage sensory exploration, creativity, movement, and early learning through play
Maintain positive daily communication with families
Document children’s learning through photos, displays, and classroom materials
Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and licensing compliance
Collaborate with coworkers to create a positive and supportive team environment
Post and maintain weekly lesson plans consistent with Discovery Kidzone philosophy
