About The Position
The Learning Experience – Milford is seeking a nurturing Infant Assistant Teacher to help provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment for infants. Working alongside the Lead Teacher, you'll help children reach important developmental milestones while ensuring every baby receives individualized care and attention.
Requirements
- Previous childcare experience preferred
- Caring, dependable, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Infant/Toddler certification is a plus but not required
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with infant care routines including feeding, diapering, and naps
- Support sensory activities and early learning experiences
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing standards
