About The Position

As a Lead Teacher, you will create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in your class; lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; understand and follow licensing guidelines and company standards; and build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s achievement and the center’s success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
