About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Wet System Technician specializing in Foam and Deluge systems. This role involves national travel approximately 90% of the time, working on various oil and gas terminal sites. The technician will be responsible for the commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of foam deluge, deluge, and pre-action sprinkler systems, including industrial valves and pump rooms. This is a non-union position with paid travel time, company truck and fuel card, and private hotel rooms provided. A sign-on bonus is offered based on NICET certification and experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience installing, servicing, and inspecting wet systems (Foam / Deluge) required.
• Must be able to work alone and as part of a team.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate a computer, tablet and read electronic blueprints required.
• Show up promptly to scheduled daily appointments ready to work.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.

Nice To Haves

• NICET II preferred

Responsibilities

• Service and inspect foam deluge systems (AFFF / AR-AFFF)
• Service and inspect deluge & pre-action sprinkler systems
• Work with industrial valves, trim, and pump rooms
• Perform commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of wet systems
• Coordinate with detection and control teams
