Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in industrial painting, automotive painting, manufacturing, powder coating, or a related field preferred
• Experience operating spray equipment is helpful
• Experience with multi-part coating systems
• Experience with Airless, conventional, or HVLP spray equipment
• Experience with industrial coatings such as epoxy or polyurethane systems
• Experience with quality inspection tools and coating measurements

Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces for paint using cleaning tools, sanding, grinding, masking, and other prep methods
• Applying industrial coatings using spray equipment and other painting methods
• Mixing paints and coatings according to work instructions
• Inspecting painted parts for quality and appearance
• Performing touch-ups and correcting finish issues as needed
• Maintaining paint equipment and keeping your work area clean and organized
• Following safety procedures and using required PPE
• Working closely with team members to keep production moving
