The Upholstery Associate II will apply fabric and foam to seating and lounge furniture for the Worship, Education, Healthcare, and Human Services Markets. This role involves applying fabric and foam to chairs, pews, kneelers, seats, and backs, as well as stapling, stuffing, and sewing upholstery products. The associate will also operate spray guns to apply adhesive and may serve as a trainer, demonstrating mastery of upholstery techniques or proficiency in most of the upholstery cell processes. Specific to the Archbold location, responsibilities include reading and comprehending work orders, cutting pew and chair fabric, operating radial arm and chop saws, and reading and interpreting measurements.
