About The Position

Our client is looking for a high-performing Industrial Sales Representative comfortable selling a service to expand relationships with plant managers, facility managers, and maintenance leaders across manufacturing and processing environments. If you already have industry relationships and thrive on opening doors, winning new business, and closing large projects, this opportunity offers the platform to build a $200K–$400K+ income over time. Our client is a woman-owned, family-run industrial services company specializing in industrial and commercial painting and coatings for manufacturing and processing facilities. Known for strong ethics, long-term relationships, and quality work, they’ve been serving industrial clients since 1976 and continue to grow across multiple markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial or manufacturing markets
  • Experience selling a service is a must
  • Existing relationships within manufacturing, food & beverage, agriculture, chemical, energy, or similar sectors
  • Proven ability to prospect, hunt, and close new business
  • Comfortable calling on plant managers, facility managers, and maintenance leaders
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and driven to win

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and win new business within manufacturing, food & beverage processing, agriculture, chemical, energy, and industrial facilities
  • Leverage your existing relationships and book of business to open doors quickly
  • Build trusted relationships with plant managers, facility managers, and maintenance leaders
  • Manage projects through a disciplined selling and bidding process
  • Consistently hunt, close, and grow long-term client partnerships
