Industrial Service Electrician
About The Position
Lemberg Electric is seeking experienced Industrial Service Electricians to join their growing Service team. As one of Southeastern Wisconsin's leading electrical contractors, they offer the stability of a strong project backlog, opportunities for advancement, and the pride of working alongside skilled professionals who value quality craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork. Electricians will help power a wide variety of projects, including Data Centers, Healthcare Facilities, Industrial Facilities, Commercial Buildings, and Mission Critical Environments. This role offers opportunities to work on many of Wisconsin's premier construction projects while building a long-term career with a respected local contractor.
Requirements
- Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician (Inside Wireman) License
- Ability to become an IBEW Local 494 member and meet Journeyman classification requirements
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician
- Good driving record
- OSHA 10 Construction Certification
- NFPA 70e Certification
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 30 Certification (required within one year of hire if not currently held)
- Experience in industrial, healthcare, mission critical, or data center construction
- Experience with control wiring and understanding of ladder diagrams
Responsibilities
- Install electrical systems in accordance with applicable codes and project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently
- Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and fellow electricians to ensure successful project completion
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements
- Deliver high-quality workmanship that reflects Lemberg's commitment to excellence
